Role Description The Player Agent role at NICE is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Player Agent will manage relationships with players and families, serving as the primary point of contact for career planning, contract discussions, and professional guidance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with coaches and support staff, tracking player progress, and identifying development and exposure opportunities such as trials, camps, and tournaments. The role involves handling basic commercial and sponsorship inquiries, maintaining accurate records,



and ensuring that all agreements and commitments are clearly communicated and honored. The Player Agent will also be responsible for marketing the player on social media so basic canva skills wil be helpful. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills to work effectively with players, families, coaches, and external partners.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining player records, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Understanding of cricket structures, pathways, and talent development, with the ability to advise on trials, tournaments, and career opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of sports management or athlete representation, including contracts, sponsorships, and professional ethics.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in cricket or athlete management is an advantage.
• Comfort using digital tools for communication, scheduling, and documentation; willingness to work flexible schedule around training and match schedules.
