Company Description Aptronix India, established in 2011, is India’s local Apple expert and a one-stop destination for Apple products and services. The company operates over 70 retail stores and 18 authorized service centers across 23 cities, offering a wide range of Apple devices and accessories. Customers can shop in-store or online and access support from authorized technicians for iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods. Aptronix India provides trained staff who assist with hardware, software, and transitions from PC to Mac, as well as personalized training sessions and special in-store events. Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with customers in-store, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate Apple products and accessories. The Sales Specialist will demonstrate products, explain features, and guide customers through purchase options, financing, and warranties. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, supporting after-sales queries, coordinating with service teams, and contributing to store sales targets.



The Sales Specialist may also assist in basic customer training, participate in promotional events, and ensure a high-quality retail experience aligned with Aptronix India’s standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills with a focus on retail and consumer electronics.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Training and basic product demonstrations for customers.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales Management skills, such as tracking targets and supporting store performance.
• Relevant experience in retail, technology, or consumer electronics sales is beneficial.
• Good understanding of Apple products and willingness to maintain up-to-date product knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak retail hours, as needed.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
