Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager for loans, based in Pollachi, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Sales Manager will oversee loan sales operations, including managing a team of loan officers, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance against business objectives. Daily responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new customer segments, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting market analysis, coordinating promotional activities,



and collaborating with branch and regional leadership to optimize product penetration and portfolio quality. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for training and mentoring team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and preparing regular sales and performance reports. Qualifications
• Solid sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills in retail or microfinance loans.
• Ability to analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and manage loan portfolios with attention to risk and compliance.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM or loan management systems, and reporting tools.
• Experience leading teams, setting targets, coaching staff, and driving performance in a branch or field environment.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse customer groups and internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services, preferably in loans or microfinance, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Pollachi, travel locally as needed, and adapt to changing business requirements.
