Role Description Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This position is responsible for advising clients on travel options, designing customized itineraries, and handling bookings for domestic and international trips. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, preparing travel proposals, coordinating reservations and travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth end-to-end trip planning. The consultant will maintain strong client relationships, provide post-booking support, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize pricing, packages, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, meeting sales targets,



and staying informed about destinations, travel regulations, and seasonal trends. Qualifications
• Strong Travel Consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable destinations and itineraries.
• Experience in Travel Management and planning, with capability to coordinate complete trips and manage logistics.
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements, such as transportation, accommodation, and local tours.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, patience, and relationship building.
• Hands-on experience with Reservations systems and processes for flights, hotels, and packages.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages; solid negotiation and sales abilities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online booking platforms; prior experience in travel or hospitality is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
