KALAC - Kerala Academy of Logistics and Advanced Customs Law
India
Company Description Kerala Academy of Logistics and Advanced Customs Law (KALAC) is a premier professional training institute focused on strengthening Kerala’s role in India’s logistics, customs, and international trade ecosystem. The academy was established to address the shortage of locally trained, government-licensed customs professionals by providing specialized coaching for the Customs Broker Licensing Examination (CBLR – Regulation 6). KALAC offers exam-focused programs and a structured Foundational Course for degree holders to build strong conceptual clarity and readiness for the CBLR exam. With Kerala entering a phase of logistics-driven growth through initiatives like the Vizhinjam International Seaport and national infrastructure expansion, KALAC aligns its training with industry needs in logistics, customs law, and e-filing systems. The academy aims to develop competent, job-ready professionals and increase Kerala’s representation in the licensed customs broker community. Role Description The Academic and Administrative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chirayinkeezhu. The Coordinator will organize and manage academic schedules, class timetables, faculty sessions, and student batches, ensuring smooth delivery of coaching programs and the Foundational Course. The role involves handling student admissions, maintaining records, coordinating examinations and assessments, and supporting day-to-day office administration.
The Coordinator will liaise with faculty, students, and external partners, manage communication channels, and assist in events, workshops, and outreach activities. The position also includes monitoring academic quality, preparing basic reports and documentation, and supporting management in implementing academic policies and operational procedures.
