Role Description The Hospitality Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training sessions to students at the Raipur center, focusing on hospitality standards, front office procedures, food and beverage service, and customer service excellence. This full-time, on-site role involves designing lesson plans, preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills and confidence. The trainer will demonstrate hospitality best practices, role-play service scenarios, and guide students on qualified etiquette and communication.



The role also includes coordinating with academic leadership to align training with industry requirements, maintaining training records, and supporting student placement readiness through mock interviews and soft skills coaching. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in hospitality consulting and a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in training, including classroom facilitation, course delivery, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess skills in customer service, with the ability to model and teach service excellence and complaint handling.
• Candidates should possess skills in front office operations such as guest handling, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in food & beverage service, including table service standards and basic menu knowledge.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, aviation, or travel training is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to engage diverse learners are required.
• A diploma or degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain professional discipline in the classroom, and use basic digital tools for training and record-keeping.
