The position involves diagnosing problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Support Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes, maintain knowledge bases or FAQs, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role also includes monitoring recurring issues,



suggesting improvements, and maintaining professional and clear communication with customers and colleagues. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
