- and this role is at the heart of it. You'll deliver flawless customer support and convert leads into bookings by understanding what each customer really needs. The ideal person:
· Graduation from the relevant university
· Understands customer psychology and buying behaviour
· Communicates warmly and listens actively
· Reads how customers respond and adapts the pitch accordingly
· Is a strong negotiator who genuinely helps the customer
What You'll Do
· Manage daily inbound & outbound customer over calls and chats
· Convert leads into bookings through negotiation & consultative selling
· Read customer behaviour and tailor responses to each scenario
· Manage and follow up on leads across the pipeline
· Support the wider team to drive company growth What We're Looking For
· Relevant experience in tele calls or travel industry. Freshers can also apply.
· Fluency in Hindi + English + Any regional laungage
· Experience with CRM tools & telecaller/dialer systems
· Familiarity with AI-assisted calling tools
· Working knowledge of Excel
· Energetic, optimistic personality with a customer-first mindset Bonus Points
