Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banca Assurance role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing and growing insurance business through bank partner branches, including building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers. Responsibilities include promoting Bajaj General Insurance products, explaining coverage options, and assisting customers in selecting suitable policies. The role also requires regular review of sales performance,



tracking targets, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The individual will collaborate with internal teams for training, marketing support, and resolving customer queries to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Qualifications
• Ability to deliver high-quality Assurance Services, ensuring accurate and compliant insurance sales and servicing.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, track performance metrics, and identify business growth opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with bank staff, customers, and internal stakeholders, and to explain insurance products clearly.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Statements to assess customer profiles and support appropriate product recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or banking are an advantage.
• Prior experience in banca assurance, insurance sales, or banking operations is preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset, strong relationship-building abilities, and readiness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
