Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Analyst: Working Capital role based in Goregaon. The Credit Analyst will assess working capital requirements of SME clients, analyze financial statements, evaluate creditworthiness, and recommend appropriate credit limits and structures. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed credit appraisals, preparing credit notes and risk assessments, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.



The role involves close coordination with relationship managers and finance teams to structure tailored credit solutions, support loan approvals, and respond to client queries. The Credit Analyst will also track market trends, sector risks, and client behavior to support informed lending decisions and maintain portfolio quality. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit evaluation for working capital products.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and risk assessment.
• Solid knowledge of Finance concepts, lending practices, and SME working capital requirements.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present credit cases clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, CA or CMA qualification preferred.
• Prior experience as a Credit Analyst or in SME lending, banking, or NBFC environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
