Role Description The Technical Lead is a full-time role based in the Pune Division with a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical design and architecture, guiding development teams, and overseeing the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. The Technical Lead will review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and coordinate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations. This role also involves mentoring team members, resolving complex technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and standards. The Technical Lead is expected to contribute to technical roadmaps, participate in client discussions,



and support project planning and estimation. Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills in overseeing technical teams, providing mentorship, and driving project delivery.
• Experience in solution architecture, system design, and selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in one or more contemporary programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .
NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle practices, including agile methodologies, version control, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, integration patterns, and performance optimization for distributed systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with attention to reliability, security, and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a technical lead, senior developer, or similar role in consulting or product-based environments is highly beneficial.
