Location:
Cochin & Coimbatore ? Work Mode: Work from Office ? Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift) ? Open Positions: 6 What We're Looking For: ✅ 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) ✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role ✅ Proven experience handling teams of 30+ associates ✅ Solid expertise in AR operations, denial management, and team performance optimization in US healthcare Revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage AR teams, ensuring client SLAs and operational targets are achieved
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor team performance
• Handle client escalations and drive process improvements
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field




• Strong understanding of AR processes, payer guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency in AR software, MS Excel, and reporting tools
