Role Description This full-time, on-site Field Executive – Sales & Services role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad OR in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane area. The role involves visiting food, dairy, and beverage manufacturing facilities to promote CIP chemical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical service support. Daily responsibilities include meeting existing and potential customers, understanding their cleaning and hygiene requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring proper application and usage. The Field Executive will prepare and follow up on quotations, maintain records of visits, track orders and payments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. The position also includes monitoring market trends,



competitor activities, and assisting in training plant staff on secure and effective CIP practices. Qualifications
• Experience in field sales or technical services, preferably in industrial chemicals or food, dairy, and beverage processing environments.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship management, negotiation, and the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Basic technical understanding of CIP processes, hygiene standards, and safety practices in production plants, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to plan daily routes, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation of visits, reports, and follow-ups.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with confidence in presenting and explaining technical information.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, engineering, food technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with on-site work in manufacturing environments and readiness to travel within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region as required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for email, reporting, and maintaining customer records.
