Experience:
5–10 years in retail store management (preferred & flexible to relocate) We are looking for a agile, customer-focused, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our footwear store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. ?

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and maximize store profitability. Lead, motivate,



and train the store team to achieve business objectives. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints. Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays. Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product presentation. Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports. Track sales performance, conversion rates, and other key retail KPIs. Maintain store standards, discipline, and company policies. ?

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in retail, preferably in footwear or fashion retail. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team. Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. ?
