Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Yachtlo, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web application features that power our yachting marketplace. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi, where you will collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing front-end components, building and optimizing APIs, integrating data sources, writing clean and testable code, and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, ensure secure and scalable deployments,



and continuously improve the platform’s usability and reliability for both customers and industry partners. Qualifications
• Solid skills in Front-End Development, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), modern JavaScript frameworks, and responsive UI implementation.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development with APIs, server-side frameworks, and database integration to build scalable and secure services.
• Solid background in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain features across the entire technology stack.
• Proficiency in version control (e.g., Git), collaborative development workflows, and testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or deployment pipelines (e.g., AWS, Docker, CI/CD) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve complex technical problems, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in marketplace, travel, or booking platforms is a plus, along with an interest in the yachting or leisure industry.
