About the Role
This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketing Intern. You'll work directly with the founders on real campaigns, from content and social media to LinkedIn Ads and performance tracking. You'll get hands-on experience in how B2B companies attract, nurture, and convert customers, using up-to-date AI-powered marketing tools. If you love creating content, spotting what makes people click, and want to build a career in growth marketing, this role is for you. Responsibilities
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social channels
• Assist in setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms)
• Write ad copy, help create creatives, and A/B test headlines, visuals, and CTAs
• Research and refine audience targeting by job title, industry, and company size
• Track ad performance (CTR, CPC, cost per lead) and suggest optimizations




• Write blog posts, email copy, and campaign messaging
• Support email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Research competitors, trends, and new audience opportunities
• Prepare simple performance reports across organic and paid campaigns
• Help build landing pages, lead magnets, and acquisition funnels
• Brainstorm campaign ideas with the founders Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in B2B marketing, startups, or SaaS
• Creative mindset with an eye for good messaging and design
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Eager to learn new tools, including AI and automation platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus
