Role Description This is an internship role in the Founder’s office, designed for individuals interested in learning how an early-stage EdTech organization is built and scaled. The role is hybrid, based in Noida with a mix of in-office responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily tasks may include supporting strategic and operational projects, preparing presentations and reports, conducting market and competitor research, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Interns may assist with meeting preparation, documenting action items, tracking progress on key initiatives, and managing follow-ups on behalf of the founder. The role offers exposure to decision-making processes, cross-functional collaboration,



and practical experience in business operations, strategy, and stakeholder management. Stipend is INR 5000 per college conversion. Oppurtunity to convert atleast 10 colleges in a month so earning potential upto 50,000/
- per month. Qualifications
• Robust analytical and research abilities, including comfort working with data, preparing insights, and summarizing complex information clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with online collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated interest in EdTech, youth development, entrepreneurship, or business strategy, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Noida, maintain professionalism in interactions, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in business, management, or related fields are an advantage but not mandatory.
