Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and promoting our EdTech programs, internship opportunities, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
• Promote internship programs, skill development initiatives, and technology solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Explain programs and services, deliver presentations, and support sales conversions.
• Manage client relationships, address queries, and ensure effective follow-ups.
• Maintain lead databases, track sales pipelines, and report business performance.




• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and sales targets. Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹17,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
