Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in the furniture manufacturing industry Artisans Art is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, strengthen our vendor network, improve production efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality furniture for international markets. We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent production management skills, and the ability to transform a design or drawing into a finished, export-quality product.

Key Responsibilities
& Requirements1. Furniture Manufacturing Expertise
• Minimum 10 years of experience in handcrafted and modular furniture manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of furniture made from solid wood, marble, metal, plywood, and MDF.
• Ability to develop products from pictures, concepts, and technical drawings to final production. 2. Production & Factory Management
• Manage day-to-day factory operations, production planning, and workflow.
• Organize and supervise manpower, workers, and labor teams.
• Monitor production progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time shipment.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and performance records. 3. Finishes, Quality & Packaging
• Strong knowledge of wood finishes, polishing, paints, coatings,



stains, colors, and surface treatments.
• Ensure product quality and consistency as per buyer specifications.
• Knowledge of export packaging standards, packing methods, and international shipping requirements. 4. Sourcing & Vendor Development
• Strong network of reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials, hardware, finishes, and other production requirements.
• Ability to identify, develop, negotiate with, and manage suppliers.
• Expertise in sourcing quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining production standards. 5. Costing & Commercial Management
• Prepare accurate product costing and manufacturing cost estimates.
• Control material wastage, production costs, and operational expenses.
• Optimize production efficiency without compromising quality.
