Kataline Limited is looking for an experienced Exports – Sales Manager to drive international business development and expand our global presence in road-marking and road-safety equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop international markets across Africa, Australia, and Asia.
- Identify and convert overseas distributors, dealers, contractors, EPC companies, and institutional customers.
- Drive export sales, revenue growth, and recent customer acquisition.
- Build and manage international distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate export documentation, logistics, shipments, and payment realization.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, infrastructure projects, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with international customers and key decision-makers.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in international sales, export business development, or industrial/infrastructure equipment sales.
- Strong expertise in distributor development, B2B sales, commercial negotiations, and market expansion.
- Understanding of export documentation, international logistics, and the complete sales cycle.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally.

Preferred Experience: Road-marking, road-safety, traffic, construction, or industrial equipment sales.

Work Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Travel: Extensive domestic and international travel
