We are looking for a Project Associate to support ongoing legal and compliance projects, including data privacy and DPDP compliance assessments for a project-specific engagement of approximately 4 months.

Responsibilities

· Review client documents, processes and existing practices.

· Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure timely project delivery, where necessaryon-site at client's premises

· Conduct legal research

· Assist with assessments, reports and recommendations.

· Draft policies, notices, contracts and other legal documents

Qualifications

· LL.B. or equivalent law degree.

· Prior experience or interest in data privacy, technology law or legal compliance.

· Positive legal research, analytical and drafting skills.

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Engagement Details:

· Duration: 4 months.

· Type: Project-specific

· Location: Primarily on-site in Coimbatore or Bangalore

· Start: Immediate / As mutually agreed.

· Extension: May be extended depending on project requirements and performance.
