Immediate Hiring

- Conduct field and laboratory testing of construction materials, including soil, concrete, cement, aggregates, asphalt, and other civil engineering materials.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) testing to ensure materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Carry out tests such as soil compaction, sieve analysis, concrete slump tests, cube compressive strength tests, and material quality assessments.
- Prepare, maintain, and update laboratory test reports, inspection records, quality registers, and technical documentation.
- Ensure testing procedures comply with applicable IS codes, ASTM standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Monitor testing equipment, coordinate regular calibration, and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Coordinate with site engineers, quality teams, and project managers to identify and resolve material quality issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.




- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in field and laboratory testing within civil engineering or construction projects.
- Solid technical knowledge of soil, concrete, aggregate, and construction material testing methods.
- Familiarity with IS codes, ASTM standards, quality control procedures, and laboratory testing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, calibration procedures, and material sampling techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing test reports, maintaining accurate records, and managing quality documentation.
- Ability to interpret test results, identify material deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on infrastructure, building construction, highway, or large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 laboratory quality management practices.
- Ability to independently manage laboratory testing activities and coordinate with site execution teams.
