Role Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality of digital marketing deliverables. This full-time, on-site role in Netherlands involves developing and implementing QA processes, conducting regular audits of client work, and ensuring adherence to performance, design, and brand guidelines. The person in this role will collaborate closely with performance marketers, content creators, designers, and the leadership team to identify gaps, define quality standards, and maintain consistency across projects. Typical day-to-day tasks include reviewing campaign setups and tracking, validating data and reports, performing pre-launch and post-launch checks, documenting issues, and driving corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Manager will also support training initiatives, contribute to process optimization, and help build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

- Quality management and process skills: experience in establishing QA frameworks, creating checklists,



and implementing standard operating procedures for digital marketing deliverables.
- Analytical and data validation skills: ability to review campaign metrics, tracking setups, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of performance data.
- Digital marketing understanding: familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, social media, and web design workflows to assess quality and identify potential risks before launch.
- Attention to detail and documentation: strong skills in identifying errors, documenting issues, preparing QA reports, and following up on corrective actions.
- Collaboration and communication: ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, provide clear feedback, and align stakeholders around quality standards.
- Beneficial qualifications: bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in a digital agency or startup workplace; exposure to tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.
