SEO & Content Strategist (AEO/GEO)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven SEO & Content Strategist to independently manage and execute our end-to-end SEO and content operations. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, not a managerial position. We do not have a dedicated SEO team; the selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing all SEO activities independently to drive organic growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO and content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent mapping, and topical authority development.
- Create, optimize, and manage high-quality, E-E-A-T-aligned content.
- Drive AEO/GEO initiatives to improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Manage technical SEO, structured data,



on-page and off-page optimization.
- Monitor performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Analyze traffic fluctuations, diagnose issues, and implement recovery strategies.
- Take complete ownership of SEO execution, reporting, and continuous optimization.

Candidate Profile

- 4–9 years of hands-on SEO and content strategy experience.
- Proven track record in organic growth and traffic recovery.
- Solid understanding of Google algorithm updates, AEO/GEO, and structured data.
- Proficiency in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing all SEO operations from strategy to execution, without managing a team.
