Role Description This is a full-time, in office Multi Job Worker role including Drilling, Bolting, Carrier based in Kulti. The Multi Job Worker will support daily mining of Coal operations by performing manual tasks such as loading and unloading materials, assisting skilled workers, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Responsibilities include handling tools and equipment under supervision, following safety guidelines, and helping with basic maintenance around the site. The role involves working in outdoor and industrial environments,



complying with company policies, and cooperating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow safety instructions and use protective equipment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility in completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and colleagues, and to follow clear verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in industrial and outdoor environments, including variable weather and noise conditions.
- Prior experience in mining, metals, construction, or general labor roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read signs, follow simple procedures, and understand work schedules.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Vocational Training must be completed as per DGMS guidelines.
