Key Responsibilities
▪ Expand and manage the DSA and channel partner network.
▪ Identify current business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
▪ Drive loan business growth and achieve sales targets.
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
▪ Monitor partner performance and drive productivity.
▪ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
▪ Analyze sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
What We're Looking For
▪ Experience in loan sales, NBFCs, financial services, or channel sales.
▪ Knowledge of DSA management and business development.
▪ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
