WE'RE HIRING | CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

DESIGN ADDRESS | Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Civil Engineer to join our team for full-time site supervision and project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil engineering, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to independently supervise multiple project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities across multiple project sites.
- Conduct detailed site inspections, including structural works, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify construction quality, structural dimensions, levels, alignments, and workmanship against approved drawings and specifications.
- Take overall responsibility for site execution, coordination, quality control, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify construction defects, technical issues, and deviations, and ensure timely corrective action.
- Monitor material requirements, site measurements, work schedules, and project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site-to-site visits and maintain detailed inspection and progress reports.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, structural works, construction methods, and building materials.
- Practical experience in site inspection, quality control, and construction execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Capable of independently handling multiple project sites.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licences are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly between project sites.
