We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and monitoring tools to join our team in Hyderabad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and system health.
- Work with Linux/Unix environments for log analysis, issue investigation, and troubleshooting.
- Use Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics for application monitoring, log analysis, and performance tracking.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support production deployments, releases, and application health checks.
Required Skills:
- 6–8 years of experience in Application Support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Linux/Unix.
- Good knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
