Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident communicator for the position of **Backend Support – Operations**. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with international clients, primarily based in Europe, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international clients, primarily across Europe, through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.

- Handle backend operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and operational issues.

- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client-related information.

- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely responses to client requirements.





- Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.

- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient coordination across operational processes.

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in international customer support, client coordination, or a similar role involving international clients.

- Excellent English fluency is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with European clients.

- Good email-writing, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
