Company Description Eximassist Services Private Limited is an end-to-end solutions provider for importers and exporters, helping businesses navigate trade regulations, customs processes, and tax incentives. The company manages export incentive schemes such as RoDTEP, RoSCTL, and Duty Drawback, and supports clients with GST and IGST refund disbursements. Eximassist also powers ScripDeal, a digital marketplace where verified exporters can buy and sell unutilized Duty Credit Scrips through both mobile and web applications. ScripDeal offers features like instant post-scrip listings, geo-verified deal tracking, live bidding, transparent pricing, and full DGFT compliance management, enabling productive liquidation of trade benefits. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Pune City. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The role involves preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with GST, IGST, and other statutory tax returns. The Accountant will support monthly and annual closing, help prepare financial reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation for export incentives and compliance. The individual will also assist in audits, maintain organized financial records, and contribute to process improvements in the finance function.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including journal entry posting, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess tax and compliance skills, particularly in GST/IGST accounting, return filing, and familiarity with export-related incentives and schemes.
• Candidates should possess financial reporting skills, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and support for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, spreadsheets, and data validation tools.
• Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and auditors in a professional manner.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in accounting for export/import businesses or service companies, and familiarity with Indian financial regulations, will be beneficial.
