We’re expanding our performance marketing team and looking for people who love turning ad budgets into measurable results. 1️⃣ Performance Marketing Specialist (Display and Demand Gen) Own Google Display, Demand Gen (YouTube, Discover, Gmail) and Meta Ads campaigns, from audience strategy and creative testing to CPA and ROAS. 2️⃣ App Growth Marketer (User Acquisition) Scale installs and in-app actions through Google App Campaigns and Meta App campaigns, optimizing for retention, LTV and payback, not just CPI. What we’re looking for:
