Role Description The Financial Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Financial Advisor will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals, assess protection and investment needs, and recommend suitable life insurance and financial solutions. Daily activities include conducting financial planning discussions, explaining product features and benefits, preparing proposals, and assisting customers with documentation and policy servicing. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, and staying updated on company products,



regulatory guidelines, and market trends. Advisors are expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and support business growth. Qualifications
• Strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and investment solutions.
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments, including understanding of risk, return, and long-term wealth creation strategies.
• Expertise in Retirement Planning to help customers plan for post-retirement income, protection, and legacy goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a explicit, customer-friendly manner.
• Customer-centric mindset, with proven ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and deliver high-quality service.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial tools and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.
• Familiarity with the life insurance sector and local regulatory requirements is preferred.
