About the Role
Coffee Culture Unseen Goa is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our café-style hospitality space. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hospitality-focused mindset, and the ability to foster a positive team culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all day-to-day café and restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance and a positive workplace culture.
• Manage guest reservations, seating plans, and customer service standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, sales reports, staff performance reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure smooth service flow and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.




• Drive operational excellence while maintaining the unique culture and brand values of Coffee Culture Unseen Goa. Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management.
• Strong hospitality background with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Proven experience in creating reports, analyzing operational data, and making business-driven decisions.
• Experience managing reservations and guest relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic reporting tools is preferred. What We're Looking For
