Role Description The Social Media Channel Handler will manage FormSarthi’s presence across social platforms, ensuring accurate and timely communication of government form, job, exam, and scheme updates. This full-time on-site role, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, involves planning content calendars, creating and posting engaging text, image, and short video content, and monitoring comments and messages to provide helpful responses. The role includes tracking trends related to Sarkari exams, jobs, and schemes, collaborating with content and operations teams to verify information, and aligning social media messaging with the brand’s mission.



The Social Media Channel Handler will also analyze performance metrics, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and support campaigns that increase awareness and trust in FormSarthi. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in social media management, including handling multiple platforms, scheduling posts, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Candidates can be student or working professional with no mandetory degree or education.
• Candidates should possess content creation skills, such as writing clear, concise posts, basic graphic design or Canva usage, and familiarity with short-form video content.
