Role Description The Purchase Department Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The specialist will monitor inventory levels, verify requirements with production and other departments, and maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing. The role includes evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms where appropriate, analyzing purchase data for cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.



The Purchase Department Specialist will work closely with finance, stores, and production teams to support uninterrupted operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, with an understanding of end-to-end procurement workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Purchase Orders, including vendor coordination and documentation control.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to compare quotations, monitor costs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical or related sectors.
• Ability to work in office in Haridwar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities under defined timelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or purchasing software; strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
