Role Description The Branch Manager role at Ed-Hoc International is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirur. The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient delivery of student counseling and admissions services while maintaining high standards of customer experience. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, setting and tracking performance targets, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance requirements.



The role involves building relationships with students and families, guiding them through the overseas education journey, and coordinating with central and international teams for admissions, visas, and associated services. The Branch Manager also drives local marketing initiatives, manages budgets, prepares regular reports, and contributes to business growth in the Tirur region. Qualifications
