Role Description The Project Support Engineer role is a full time remote position focused on supporting software development and implementation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to project teams and clients, assisting with troubleshooting application and system issues, and documenting problems and resolutions. The role involves monitoring project-related activities, tracking issues, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and support requests. The Project Support Engineer also contributes to improving support processes,
