Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Property Advisor will guide clients through property selection, evaluation, and transaction processes, ensuring that their investment and occupancy needs are met. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, preparing market comparisons, advising on pricing and negotiation strategies, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends,



supporting clients with documentation and basic financial implications of property decisions, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to advise on property options and real estate portfolios.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to explain basic financial aspects of real estate transactions.
• Relevant experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property consulting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple client accounts, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to track and present property information.
