Role Description The Senior Banking Consultant is a part-time, remote role responsible for advising clients on banking and financial solutions aligned with their wedding and life-event plans. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client financial needs, recommending suitable banking products and services, and providing guidance on budgeting, savings, and payment structures. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure that clients receive accurate, timely information and seamless support. The Senior Banking Consultant will also monitor client satisfaction,



respond to inquiries, address financial concerns, and help optimize processes related to customer service and consulting. This position requires proactive communication, structured documentation of client interactions, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and experience providing Banking or Financial Consulting.
• Candidates should possess proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Experience in relationship management, client advisory roles, or banking operations is highly beneficial.
