Role Description for multiple postions Postion: Junior Architect (2 years experience minimum) Position: Project Architect ( 5-8 years experience minimum) Position : Interior Designer ( 4 years experience minimum) Position : Site Engineer ( 4 years experience minimum) Position : Office Manager : (5 years experience ) These are full-time, on-site Architecture/ Design roles based in Bengaluru. The Architect will develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and 3D representations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Responsibilities include coordinating architectural design with engineering disciplines, preparing documentation for approvals, and supporting project execution from schematic design through construction. The role involves regular site visits, collaboration with consultants and contractors,



and participation in client meetings to refine requirements and present design solutions. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, quality checks, and continuous improvement of studio standards and workflows. Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and documents.
• Experience in Integration and coordination of architectural work with structural, MEP, and other specialist inputs.
• Competence in Project Management, including planning, tracking milestones, and supporting timely delivery of project stages.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital workflows as they relate to design tools, automation, or integration of BIM/CAD systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Accredited degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru on a regular basis.
