Role Description The Senior Risk Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across PInterview’s operations, products, and strategic initiatives. This role involves conducting quantitative and qualitative risk analyses, developing risk models, and interpreting data to support decision-making and safeguard business performance. The Senior Risk Analyst will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design risk mitigation strategies, define control frameworks, and establish key risk indicators and reporting dashboards. Day-to-day activities include reviewing financial and operational data, preparing concise risk reports,



advising on new product launches and partnerships, and ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory and compliance standards. The individual will also contribute to process improvements, mentor junior team members, and support the development of best practices for risk management within a growing digital platform. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and risk analysis capabilities, with experience evaluating complex business, operational, and financial risks.
• Solid finance and statistics knowledge, including comfort with financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative risk assessment techniques.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, or financial services, preferably within technology, SaaS, or online platform environments.
• Proficiency with data and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms), and familiarity with risk reporting and dashboard creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or qualified certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset toward identifying issues and proposing practical solutions.
