Experience:
Relevant experience in Vendor Development, Supply Chain Management, Quality Control, and NPD.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage vendors for solenoids, coils, core tubes, and precision engineering components.
• Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and timely material availability.
• Coordinate with Design and NPD teams for current component development, sample approval, and production readiness.
• Monitor supplier quality, conduct vendor audits, and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead vendor development and quality teams and prepare performance reports for senior management.
