Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, responsible for creating and overseeing visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital assets. This role includes designing logos, brand identities, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral that align with strategic objectives. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, business consulting, and technology teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints. Daily tasks involve developing design concepts, refining typography and layout, managing design projects from brief to final delivery, and providing art direction and quality control for design outputs. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining brand guidelines,



and contributing creative ideas to support client projects and internal initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities, visual systems, and consistent brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design, with the ability to create clear, readable, and visually appealing compositions.
• Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and have experience working within corporate or agency environments.
• Candidates should have strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret briefs and translate business goals into effective visual solutions.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; substantial professional experience in a senior design role may substitute formal education.
