Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The person in this role will identify and qualify prospects, conduct product demos, and manage the sales pipeline for Bibha AI Labs’ solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with enterprise HR, staffing, and operations stakeholders, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, creating and refining sales collateral, coordinating training sessions for clients and internal teams,



and tracking performance metrics to inform future strategies. Collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success teams will be key to aligning sales activities with business goals. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, explain complex solutions clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven Sales experience, including pipeline management, prospecting, and closing deals in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Experience with Sales Management and Training to guide stakeholders through product adoption and support internal enablement efforts.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including campaign support, lead nurturing, and using digital channels to drive demand (preferred).
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, HR tech, or enterprise software solutions is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a quick-paced, remote-first environment, with the ability to manage priorities and meet targets independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity platforms to track activities, report on results, and collaborate with distributed teams.
