Required Skills and

Experience:
• Robust expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID and SharePoint for IAM.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 and CMMC compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in policy writing, security training, vulnerability management, risk management, and incident handling.
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity domains, with the ability to adapt to various security roles and tasks.
• Familiarity with AWS and GCP is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, quickly adapt to new challenges, and operate with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues. Nice-to-Have

Qualifications:
• Certifications: •ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) •ISACA Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) •ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) •CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)




• Experience with Tugboat Logic/OneTrust platforms for compliance management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics implementation and support (not security-related but a plus for IT support).
• Experience with Azure management, including virtualization, networking, and firewall configuration.
• Ability to conduct tabletop exercises or similar security simulations (internal focus preferred). Personality and Fit:

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both security and IT teams.
