Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Supplier Quality Engineer at PInterview. The Supplier Quality Engineer will oversee supplier quality management activities, including evaluating and qualifying suppliers, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting audits, reviewing supplier documentation, managing nonconformances, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to improve processes, reduce defects, and maintain consistent quality for products and services supporting the platform.



The Supplier Quality Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implement quality control methodologies, and support risk assessments related to the supply base. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Quality to assess, qualify, and continuously improve supplier performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Quality Management and Supplier Quality to develop, maintain, and optimize supplier quality processes and metrics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Control to implement standards, monitor compliance, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, FMEA, CAPA, SPC) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, and prior experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
