Company Description Aqua World is an educational initiative focused on helping learners understand the Earth’s water cycle and the connections between water, climate change, and human activities. The project centers on a user-friendly website that delivers curated educational books and engaging video resources. These materials are specifically designed for students in grades 6–12, making complex environmental topics accessible and relevant. Aqua World combines digital content and practical learning to inspire awareness and responsible action around global water issues. Role Description The Analyst role at Aqua World is a full-time, on-site position based in Erode. The Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret data related to student engagement, website performance, and content effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports, identifying trends and insights, and supporting the team in improving educational materials and digital experiences. The role also involves collaborating with educators, content creators, and technical staff to recommend data-driven enhancements and track the impact of project initiatives.



The Analyst will contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining high data quality and documenting processes and findings. Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, charts, dashboards) and comfort working with web analytics or similar platforms.
• Ability to create explicit, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in education, environmental topics, or climate-related issues, especially for grades 6–12.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Economics, Environmental Studies, Education, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in research, program evaluation, or educational projects is an advantage.
