Sales Executive (Field Sales) – Interior Design / Construction / Real Estate

Location:
Dwarka, New Delhi (On-site, field role)

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000 per month + ₹200 daily travel allowance (TA)

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Sales & Business Development Industry: Interior Designing / Construction / Real Estate (candidates from other industries with strong field sales experience are also welcome)

Full-Time Vehicle: Two-wheeler / personal vehicle is mandatory

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Executive for a field sales role covering interior design, construction and related services. You will be on the field every day, meeting clients, generating and converting high-quality leads, managing client relationships and driving revenue toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive field sales for residential and commercial interior design, construction and related projects.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business through daily market visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms, partnerships and existing client relationships.




• Identify and develop relationships with high-value residential, commercial, corporate and institutional clients.
• Handle client meetings, understand project requirements and present suitable interior design and project solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, closure and handover.
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, quotations and commercial discussions.
• Negotiate pricing, scope and commercial terms while protecting project profitability.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors and real-estate professionals. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales / business development (interior design, construction or real estate preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with daily field work, market visits and client site visits.
• Must own a two-wheeler or personal vehicle.
