The Merchandiser is responsible for planning and presenting product assortments, including handcrafted rugs and carpets, to optimize sales and customer appeal in retail and showroom environments. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales trends, coordinating product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to support promotions, prepare product materials,



and enhance the in-store customer experience. The Merchandiser will also engage with customers and gather feedback to inform future assortments and merchandising strategies. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and artisans.
• Experience in Sales and Retail, including working with product assortments, pricing, and in-store customer engagement.
• Understanding of Marketing principles, particularly in promoting home décor or lifestyle products.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and inventory organization.
• Ability to analyze basic sales data and customer feedback to make informed merchandising decisions.
• Comfort working in office in a showroom or retail setting in Jaipur, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
• Prior experience in home décor, textiles, or fashion merchandising is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
