Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru or Across sites in india. This role is responsible for supervising daily construction and interior fit-out activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Site Engineer coordinates with civil, structural, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors, and maintains clear communication with the project management team and clients regarding progress and issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, checking measurements, verifying structural details,



and resolving site-related technical concerns. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, tracking schedules, supporting adherence to budgets, and ensuring timely completion of milestones. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid on-site supervision skills with experience managing day-to-day construction or interior fit-out activities.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills to inspect materials, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and be capable of working effectively with civil engineers and related technical drawings.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Experience in commercial projects such as restaurants, retail, or offices will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, basic project documentation, and site reporting tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a focus on safety and timelines is expected.
